Home in Sight is a Canadian company based in Langley, BC. Started by two business partners with a passion for real estate, we have experience both in new home construction and in rental properties. While these provide a living for our own families, another satisfying reward is helping other families succeed in owning their own home or in providing a solution out of their financial dilemmas. We understand the financial pressures a family can face, and we also truly believe that home ownership is the greatest way to create a solid financial future.

Robert Lungren
Rob Lungren is co-owner of Home in Sight and Cargren Investments.
Rob has a real passion for real estate, and has been an active real estate investor and new home builder for several years. He knows what he’s saying when he talks about the financial stability that owning your own home can provide. It was the equity in his first family home that allowed Rob to pursue real estate investing and to develop the experience that helped launch Home in Sight. He, along with Rob Carlsen, has built up a substantial portfolio in residential properties.
It was his commitment to creating win/win opportunities for everyone involved in a real estate transaction that has given him the knowledge and experience in customizing creative solutions for individual situations of our clients, offering them a rent to own program best suited to their needs.

Robert Carlsen
A passionate entrepreneur, Rob Carlsen has always had a desire to work hard and help others. This motivation, along with his passion for real estate development and creative buying strategies, has enabled Rob, along with his good friend and his business partner of over 10 years, Rob Lungren, to set out to make a difference in people’s lives through their unique real estate company – Home in Sight.
Rob’s desire to truly make a difference in the lives of both their investor clients and their tenant clients are his motivating factors. His own life has been dramatically changed for the better through his involvement in real estate and investing. He has been involved in tens millions of dollars of real estate transactions and he hopes to be able to make a difference and encourage others to make their dreams come true through his experience.
